Risk Reversal Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Risk Reversal Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) offered by Auxo Digital Ltd (the “Marketer”). By entering into an agreement with the Marketer, the Client agrees to the following terms:

  1. Minimum Advertising Spend Requirement
    To qualify for the Guarantee, the Client must allocate and spend a minimum of £2,000 on advertising activity through the Marketer’s recommended platforms. This spend is separate from the setup fee and any pay-per-appointment fees.
  2. Lead Tracking & CRM Compliance
    a. All leads generated through the Marketer’s services must be accurately marked and updated in the CRM provided by the Marketer, ensuring full visibility on lead progress and outcomes. b. If the Client prefers to use their own CRM, the Client must grant the Marketer full administrative access to ensure complete transparency on the status of all leads. c. Failure to provide full CRM access or maintain accurate lead tracking may invalidate the Guarantee.
  3. Definition of ‘No Quotes’
    The Guarantee applies only if the Client receives zero legitimate quote requests from the leads generated by the Marketer within the agreed campaign period. A quote request is defined as a potential customer actively engaging with the Client and requesting pricing or further details regarding the Client’s services.
  4. Validation Process
    a. If the Client claims eligibility for the Guarantee, the Marketer will conduct a full audit of the Client’s lead records to verify compliance with CRM usage and lead tracking accuracy. b. If it is determined that the Client did not adhere to the lead tracking requirements or did not engage with leads properly, the Guarantee will not apply.
  5. Guarantee Payout
    a. If the Client qualifies under the terms of this Guarantee, the Marketer will:

    a. The Guarantee does not apply in cases where the Client has failed to respond to leads, mishandled inquiries, or refused to provide quotes for potential customers. b. The Guarantee is void if the Client pauses, suspends, or significantly alters the agreed advertising strategy before the minimum ad spend of £2,000 is reached. c. Any disputes regarding qualification for the Guarantee must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the campaign’s conclusion.

By accepting these Terms, the Client acknowledges that they understand and agree to comply with all conditions required to qualify for the Guarantee.
